Siding is the other half of what we do. It is what stands between your walls and the weather, and it is most of what people see when they look at your home. We install fiber cement and wood siding, repair existing siding including vinyl, and handle trim, soffit and fascia on homes and commercial buildings in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and across the Tri-Cities and Yakima Valley.
Because we are roofers too, we understand how a house sheds water from the ridge down. Kick-out flashing, house wrap, window flashing and trim details all get done right, so the new siding protects the structure instead of just covering it up.

Siding That Holds Up in Central Washington
Intense summer sun fades and warps cheap siding, and freezing winters crack it. For most homes in Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and the rest of the Tri-Cities and Yakima Valley we recommend fiber cement for its durability and fire resistance, with wood or engineered wood where the style calls for it. We do not install new vinyl siding. Most suppliers are moving away from it, so we repair existing vinyl when we can find matching material and steer full replacements toward fiber cement. Either way, the install details matter more than the brand.

What siding materials do you install?
Fiber cement (such as Hardie board) and wood or engineered wood siding, plus trim, soffit and fascia. We repair vinyl but do not install it new. We recommend materials that stand up to Yakima Valley sun, wind and freezing winters.
Can you replace my roof and siding at the same time?
Yes. Doing both with one crew keeps the flashing, trim and water barriers tied together correctly, and it usually saves you money and time versus two separate contractors.
Do you repair siding or only replace it?
Both. We repair storm-damaged, cracked or rotted sections when the rest of the siding is sound, and we replace it fully when it is past its life. The exception is vinyl: we repair it when we can find matching siding, but we do not do full vinyl replacements.
Do you do vinyl siding?
Repairs only. We can fix or swap damaged vinyl sections when we are able to find matching siding, but we no longer do full vinyl siding replacements. Most suppliers are moving away from vinyl, so for a full replacement we recommend fiber cement or wood.
How much does new siding cost?
Most full siding replacements in our area run from about $12,000 to $30,000 or more depending on the size of the home and the material. We give a free written estimate so you know the number before you decide.
