Our crew removes everything down to the wood, replaces any soft or rotted decking, then builds the new roof as a system: synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier in the valleys and at the eaves, new flashing at every wall and penetration, ridge and intake ventilation sized for the attic, and GAF architectural shingles or metal panels on top.

What does a new roof run in the Yakima Valley?
For a typical house in our area a full architectural-shingle replacement lands somewhere between the high four figures and the low twenties of thousands, with metal costing more. Roof size, pitch, layers to remove and deck repairs move the number. You get an exact figure in writing after the free roof walk, and qualifying jobs can currently take up to $1,000 off.
How many days will my house be a job site?
One to three days for most homes. Bigger or steeper roofs and weather can stretch that, and we tell you the schedule before we start so you can plan around it.
Should I pick shingles or metal?
Architectural shingles cost less up front and carry strong GAF warranties. Metal costs more but sheds snow, reflects heat and lasts decades longer. We go over both with you and let the house and budget decide.
Is the new roof under warranty?
Yes. GAF backs the materials, and as a certified contractor we can register qualifying roofs for enhanced GAF coverage. Our own workmanship is covered too. We go through the details before you sign.
