Why Roofs Fail Here, and How Ours Hold Up
Roofs in our part of the Northwest deal with baking summer heat, snow in the winter and a valley wind that finds every loose shingle. Most early failures we see trace back to skipped details: thin underlayment, flashing that was reused instead of replaced, attics that never got proper ventilation. We build the roof the way the manufacturer specifies, then come back for the small stuff too. Our customers mention repairs done on a Saturday and vents sealed while we were already up there. What does a roof inspection from Pantoja's cost?
Nothing. We walk the roof, photograph its condition and hand you a written recommendation and price. Hiring us afterward is entirely your call.

Yes. Alongside houses we roof shops, rental buildings, agricultural structures and commercial property in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, including low-slope systems.
Which roofing systems do you work with?
GAF architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, and flat or low-slope membranes for commercial buildings. We match the system to the building and the budget.
How far will you travel?
Our regular territory runs from Yakima through Sunnyside, Prosser and Benton City to Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and Walla Walla. With Oregon and Idaho licenses we also take projects across both state lines.
