Cookies and Tools on This Site

Our own website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. It uses a small number of tools built by Google, which run under Google's own domain and may set Google cookies:

• Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. On pages that have a form, this tool loads the first time you scroll, tap, click, move the pointer, or press a key on the page. From then on it watches how you interact with the page, such as mouse movement, scrolling, and typing, and sends that information to Google, which scores how likely it is that you are a real person and not a spam robot. You will see its badge in the corner of the page and a link to Google's privacy policy and terms directly under the form. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• A Google map on our contact page. It loads when you view that page to show the area we serve. Google receives your IP address and loads its own map, font, and location files.

These tools run using JavaScript in your browser. If you have JavaScript turned off, they do not load, our forms still work, and a hidden field that spam robots tend to fill in (and real visitors never see) still helps screen out spam.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media pixels, session recording, or heatmap tools on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and the date above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us to respond to your request, schedule an inspection or estimate, and follow up about your project.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Google, through the reCAPTCHA tool and the map described above.
• Our web host. When you send a form, a small program on our web host first checks the spam score from reCAPTCHA. Our host also keeps standard server logs (like IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• A form delivery service, which receives what you typed into the form after the spam check and passes it to our email inbox.

We may also share information if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, we may call or text you about your request, using the number you gave us.

Our forms also have an optional checkbox for text message updates. If you check that box, you agree to receive text messages from Pantoja's Construction Inc. about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Checking this box is never required to submit the form or to work with us.

Your Choices

• Access or correction. Contact us and we will tell you what information we have about you and correct anything that is wrong.
• Deletion. Contact us and we will delete the information you sent us, unless we need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

• Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Turning off JavaScript stops the Google tools described above from loading. Our forms still work without it.
